What is it:
The BOOM Forever Fit Club is a membership community available exclusively to graduates of Cathy Richards’ 30-day immersion program BOOM: Fat Loss and Forever Fit. It is designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and camaraderie to REACH YOUR GOALS! Your 30-day Immersion started the process. The Forever Fit Club keeps the momentum going!
Members will receive fitness instruction and weight loss guidance as well as support, motivation, and accountability to improve their health and fitness and age more healthfully through realistic, safe, and sustainable habits. Program components include live online workouts, group coaching, educational sessions, guest speakers, and goal check-ins.
Who is eligible:
Founding Membership is available exclusively to alumni of of BOOM: Fat Loss and Forever Fit 30-day Immersion Program. Future graduates of the 30-day program will also be invited to join the Club. Limiting membership to alumni of the 30-day program ensures that all members have a similar foundation and baseline understanding of the philosophy and principles of BOOM.

Program Components
- Calculation of personal Eating Plan including calories and macros based on your goals
- Monthly goal tracking and accountability including your choice of photos, weight, measurements, and other goals of your choice
- Weekly game plan commitments (that work toward your monthly goal) start every Thursday night. You submit and I comment or we create together. Everyone may be a little different in how specific they want to be in their goals and habit tracking and that's ok!
- Individual calls/messaging as needed to stay on track with your individual goals
- Weekly live/recorded group coaching - Thursdays at 5:00 pm EST - timeslot may vary over time based on feedback of group
- Weekly live/recorded workouts - days, times, and content may be adjusted based on interests/schedule of current members - once you are in, you get to tell me what you want and we will work it into the rotation!
- Share in Cathy’s own day-to-day weight and fitness journey and goal tracking
- Monthly educational segments or guest speakers
- Pop up workouts at different days/times - these will be especially tailored to requests made from those who have a tough time with the standing weekly workout times
- Optional add-on individual training sessions at a discount for Club members
- Exclusive Zoom Room Access during some of Cathy's personal early morning workouts - you can pop in to learn new ideas, do a few exercises with me, or ask questions!
How It Works
1. Commitment Over Time
A short-term mindset is not your friend here. All members are expected to set Monthly Goals by the first Thursday of each month and be held accountable for their progress until the NEXT first Thursday of the month. (If you begin mid-month, we adjust during that first partial month and then get you on track for monthly.) As we string the months together, you WILL reach your goals! It will NOT be linear. You will get sick. You will travel. Work will get busy. You will have bad weeks or months. The magic is in the fact that your goals will always be on your radar AND MINE :-) and you will KEEP GOING THROUGH these normal parts of life.

2. The Coaching (*dates and times can be adjusted based on group needs)
- 1st Thursday of the month via zoom: 6-7 pm EST, Monthly Goal Setting/60-minute Group Coaching - you will set/submit your monthly goals and also your base weekly food plan/exercise plan for the week. (I will help you set it up to begin with including calories and macros.) If you miss the session, you submit your goals electronically.
- 2nd Thursday of the month via zoom: 6-6:30 pm: 30-minute Group Coaching
- 3rd Thursday of the month via zoom: 6-7:00 pm: 60-minute educational session/guest speaker/group coaching
- 4th Thursday of the month via zoom: 6-6:30 pm: 30-minute Group Coaching
3. The Workouts (*dates, times, and workout content can be adjusted based on group needs)
- Every Monday 5:00-5:30 pm: 30-minute workout – strength-based or both cardio & strength
- Every Wednesday 6:30-7:00 am: 30-minute workout – cardio based or both cardio & strength
4. The Individual Attention
- I will be invested in YOUR goals and YOUR success. We can do calls, text messaging, and other strategies as needed to keep you on track and MOTIVATED!

- $49/month - recurring payment
