Done is Better Than Perfect
Have you heard the phrase, "Done is better than perfect"? The second part of that phrase is often "when perfection prevents progress". If you've been waiting for the perfect time to exercise or the perfect time to get back on track with a health habit you've been meaning to change, you could be waiting a L-O-N-G time! The perfect time will never come!
You already knew that, didn't you? It's just another flavor of good 'ol procrastination and we are all susceptible to it! What if you lowered your expectations and set a goal to just do "a little" of whatever the goal is? Success breeds success. Baby steps. You can do this!
