Exercise has more far-reaching benefits in more categories of our life than any other SINGLE thing we can do. And yet, so many of us struggle to figure out how we can fit it in on a consistent basis.
It's not easy, but when you REALLY internalize how much we need to move our bodies to be healthy both mentally and physically, and THEN you get rid of the all-or-none mindset that is so common, it suddenly becomes possible!
There are truly many, many ways to fit in little bites of fitness into your busy schedule and we can't afford not to! Of all the things you have to do in your life, exercise is one thing you can’t delegate! Whether you are a person with tons of leisure time on your hands or someone who’s working three jobs, someone who’s young and able-bodied, or someone who has significant mobility or health issues, there’s SOMETHING that is the right fit for you that can benefit you physically and mentally. If you think you are too busy, it’s all about the priorities that you set. Other people are more than happy to take your time, but YOU have the power to stake a claim on a little piece of time for yourself. Once you decide to do this for yourself, no one can take it away from you. No one can undo what you choose to do for your own health! If you need some help, you know where to find me!
