The core components of the Inspiring Vitality approach to wellness have been captured in my forthcoming book "Strong Body, Sharp Brain, Endless Energy". The book is currently in the editing, formatting, and cover design phase and is scheduled for a July 15 launch. Because the book is offered as part of the proposal, I have included the table of contents, first chapter, and the information for the back of the book in its unedited form. It should give you an understanding of my messaging and approach to wellness as we age. As we continue working together during the production phase of my book, I will share the cover design and advance copies with you as they become available. The timing is perfect for custom printing runs of the book should that be something that makes sense with your final program selection.
